Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

- be in the original packaging.
- have the receipt or proof of purchase
All returns must be processed at our showroom at 16 Hassan Sadek Street, Heliopolis.
Refunds
Once we receive your item at our showroom, we will inspect it and should your purchase be eligible for refund, we will initiate a refund as per your original method of payment.

Shipping within Greater Cairo is free. If you want to have the item shipped outside of Cairo, a representative will contact you to inform you of the delivery fees.
